What a wonderful job The Mark Greel Band did on April 3rd.
Ben and I were so happy. Everything from perfect introductions, the music throughout
dinner and you totally rocked the house down later in the evening. You absolutely
blew us away with your Louis Armstrong- "What a Wonderful World". Ben danced
to that with his mom and it wasnít until half way through the song that he realized
that it was you singing and not the CD that we planned.
We had 221 guests at our wedding and I swore all of them have commented to me how
amazing the band was. Your interpretation of each song was amazing, the variation
of music and the entertainer in you them to know what to play when was perfect. You
werenít too quiet or too loud, they just worked the room beautifully.
The Mark Greel Band made our night the fun memory it was. Thank you again; your thoughtfulness
was much appreciated and will not be forgotten.

Though long overdue, Benjamin and I send this letter with heartfelt thanks for making our wedding festive, memorable and unique.
THe Mark Greel Band was exactly what we wanted- a versitle and acoustic ensemble that played irresistible dance music as well as the most beautiful interpretations of jazz standards.
As a professional musician myself, and knowing that many of our wedding guests would be friends and colleagues from the music business, it was not an easy task of finding an appropriate band for our wedding reception. After all, as many people know, musicians are the most critical of an audience for any kind of music. I also knew we needed a band that could play dance tunes which would be familiar to our wedding guests to share a joyful day of celebration with us and the memory of the dance floor crowded with friends and relatives of many generations and "demographics" showed we were lucky to have been able to choose The Mark Greel Band, which played great music and brought everyone to their feet dancing!
The is no substitute for the live music at a wedding. It is what people remember long after any of the other particulars of a celebration. All of our guests have commented on the quality of the music at our wedding. Benjamin and I could not have been happier with our choice of The Mark Greel Band.
I will continue to recommend The Mark Greel Band and would be glad to be a reference. Benjamin and I are always glad to talk about what a wonderful wedding we had, and of couse, I would be pleased to be able to offer a "musician's opinion" about The Mark Greel Band.
